How will you secure my ticket/s?

All tickets will be secured under your name and account, ensuring full ownership and accountability. All personal details will be permanently deleted after the ticketing sale to ensure your privacy and data security.

What is the basis for securing tickets?

Securing of tickets will depend on the queue generated on your account, or on a first-come first-served basis according to the timestamp in this form if no waiting room is in place.

Is there a guarantee for my ticket(s)?

Seats are not guaranteed, as we do not use bots or have insider access, and availability will depend on event demand. Please note that we acquire tickets in the same way as any other buyer and have no control over queueing or system issues. Nevertheless, we always try our best to secure your preferred seats.

Is a membership required for presale?

You must have a valid membership code registered for the event for us to assist you during presale. For korean ticketing sites, it must be under your own name and registered using the same email as your account. If you do not have one, we can assist you during the general sale instead.

What payment methods are accepted?

The service fee may be paid using a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including GCash, Maya, SeaBank, Bank Transfer, as well as Wise, or PayPal for international clients.

What are your refund terms?

If we are unable to secure your tickets, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, if applicable. However, only a portion of the service fee is refundable to cover the resources and effort of the team:• For regular events: 50% if held in the Philippines
• For regular events: 25% if held in other countries

For events held in the Philippines, service fees are charged per ticket at the following rates:• ₱1,000 — SVIP, VVIP, MVP, VIP, and Platinum
• ₱800 — Floor, Patron, and Lower Box
• ₱600 — Upper Box and General AdmissionFor events held in other countries, service fees are charged per ticket at a fixed rate:• ₱1,500 — All tiers
